PHILIP A. ANGELL, JR. of Randolph, Orange County, Republican, was born in Randolph, Vermont on December 22, 1936. Occupation: attorney. He was educated in elementary schools in Randolph; Governor Dummer Academy, Byfield, Massachusetts; The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina (B.A., 1959); Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts (L.L.B., 1965). He is married to the former Rosalie Mogan, and they have one daughter (Rebecca, legislative page, 1984) and two sons. RALPH D. BAKER of Randolph, Orange County, Republican, was born in New York City on March 21, 1924 and became a resident of present town in May, 1971. Occupation: retired Bell System quality assurance specialist. He attended elementary and high schools in New York City. He is married to the former Ellen Pearson Smith, and they have two sons and two daughters. Member of: Telephone Pioneers of America; Randolph Fish and Game Club; Randolph Zoning Board, chair; Orange County Court Diversion Review Board; Randolph Community Development Corporation.
