BILL MACKINNON of Sharon, Windsor County, Democrat, was born in Bronxville, New York on June 14, 1951. Attorney and counsellor at law. He was educated in elementary schools in Bedford, New York, Williston Academy, Easthampton, Massachusetts; Roanoke College, Salem, Virginia (B.A., 1975); Vermont Law School, South Royalton, Vermont (J.D., 1993). His long-time companion is Tobey Levine. Member of: Vermont Bar Association; Sharon Democratic committee, chair; EarthRight Institute, board of trustees, 1993-1995; Sharon Historical Society; Youthful Offender System Task Force, 1996; House Judiciary Committee, 1995 to present. ANN SEIBERT of Norwich, Windsor County, Democrat, was born in Jamestown, New York, on January 22, 1934, and became a resident of present town in August, 1965. She was educated in public schools in Buffalo, New York; graduated from Russell Sage College, Troy, New York (B.A., 1956) and the Albany Medical Center School of Physical Therapy. She is married to Dean J. Seibert, and they have three daughters and one son. Member of: The Family Place, White River Junction; Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, overseer; and the Vermont Lung Association.
