DAVID A. BROWN of Walden, Caledonia County, Republican, was born on May 14, 1948 in Burlington, Vermont and became a resident of present town in 1969. Occupation: retired from Bell Atlantic. He was educated at Woodbury Elementary, Woodbury, Vermont and Hardwick Academy, Hardwick, Vermont. He is married to the former Elizabeth A. Strong, and they have a daughter and a son. Member of: American Legion; National Rifle Association; Hardwick Historical Society; Caspian Lake Lodge #87; Free and Accepted Masons of Hardwick; Mount Sinai Temple, Montpelier; Demolay of Hardwick, Wilbert E.
