CHERYL MAZZARIELLO HOOKER of Rutland City, Rutland County, Democrat, was born in Rutland, Vermont on February 15, 1950 and is a lifelong resident. HULL P. MAYNARD JR. of Shrewsbury, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Hartford, Connecticut on August 8, 1934 and became a resident of present town on December 1, 1962. Occupation: independent insurance agent. He was educated in elementary schools in Windsor, Connecticut; Loomis-Chaffee School, Windsor, Connecticut; Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont and attended the University of Connecticut Law School. He is married to the former Joanna Taft, and they have two daughters, Jill and Sarah, and two sons, Hull III and Todd.
