    DAN K. DARROW    


DAN K. DARROW of Newfane, Windham County, Democrat, was born June 7, 1928 in Glenn Dale, Maryland. Occupation: retired teacher; former research scientist; inventor of cross-country ski thermometer; presently co-owner of Olallie Daylily Garden. He is married to the former Ellen GoodyKoontz, and they have a daughter and two sons. He was educated in elementary schools in Glenn Dale, Maryland; McKinley High School, Washington D.C.; George Washington University, Washington D.C. (A.B., 1958) and American University, Washington D.C. (M.S., 1962). Member of: Newfane Planning Commission and lister; River Watch Program, West River, coordinator; American Society for the Advancement of Science; Trace Element Lab, Dartmouth Medical School, laboratory director.
