Uniform Commercial Code

Vermont law provides that our office will receive and hold Uniform Commercial Code security liens and will provide free public access to the names and addresses of debtors and secured parties and the filing numbers and dates of each document.

Vermont law directs, however, that we shall charge a fee for access to details about the collateral listed in each document.

On-line access to the free information is provided on this web site. If, after searching our database, you wish to obtain collateral details, you must contact us and pay a fee.
