       This allows for the downloading of our entire Business Registry database which encompasses every business entity which has registered with the Vermont Secretary of State's Office. These databases include the following business registrations:

           The databases are updated manually on the first working day of each month by the Secretary of State's Information Technology Staff. All new filings are added to the databases, including modifications of existing registrations. Click on the above links for further instructions.
