PAUL E. KENDALL JR. of Woodstock, Windsor County, Republican, was born in Hanover, New Hampshire on August 2, 1930 and is a lifelong resident of Woodstock. Occupation: retired. He was educated in elementary and secondary schools in Woodstock, Vermont and graduated from the Vermont School of Agriculture, Randolph, Vermont in 1950. He is married to Barbara Patenaude Kendall, and they have two sons.
