JOHN V. LABARGE of Grand Isle, Grand Isle County, Republican, was born in Burlington, Vermont on January 20, 1952 and became a resident of present town in 1975. Occupation: self employed small business owner since 1984. He was educated in elementary schools in Burlington, Vermont; Burlington High School, Burlington, Vermont; University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont. He is married to the former Ann K. Casey of Rye, New York, and they have two daughters and one son.
