RICHARD C. MARRON of Stowe, Lamoille County, Republican, was born in Albany, New York on February 17, 1938 and became a resident of present town in 1975. Occupation: Owner, Town & Country Resort at Stowe. He was educated in elementary school at Albany Academy, Albany, NY; University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont (B.A., 1959); NYU School of Law, New York, New York; SUNY at Albany Graduate School of Public Affairs, Albany, NY. He is married to the former Mildred T. Noce, and they have a daughter and two sons. CATHY M. VOYER of Morristown, Lamoille County, Republican, was born in Morristown, Vermont on July 1, 1965 and has been a lifelong resident. Occupation: Assistant branch administrator at Northfield Savings Bank in Montpelier. She was educated in elementary school in Morristown, Vermont and Lamoille Union High School, Hyde Park, Vermont. She is presently taking courses with the American Institute on Banking. She is a mother of two, a son and a daughter. Member of: Lamoille County Planning Commission, executive board and director for the Village of Morrisville; Lamoille County Republican committee, Treasurer; Morristown Republican committee, secretary/treasurer; National Order of Women Legislators; American Legislative Exchange Council; justice of the peace.
