and welcome to the The Office of the Secretary of State is composed of four divisions: Archives, Corporations, Elections and the Office of Professional Regulation. We are the custodians of government records for Vermont. Our responsibility is to preserve and provide access to these records to the public and to act as a toolshed of information on everything from notary certification to corporate records.
