ROBERT G. HELM of Castleton, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Canandaqua, New York on October 28, 1949 and became a resident of present town in 1950. Occupation: self-employed landscaper. He is married to Caren L. Helm, and they have two daughters and one son. He was educated in elementary school in Fair Haven, graduated from Fair Haven Union High School, Fair Haven, Vermont and attended Concord Commercial College, Manchester, New Hampshire (Associates Degree, 1972). HAROLD (HAL) G. RANNEY of Castleton, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Rutland, Vermont on August 19, 1950. He attended elementary schools in Fair Haven, Vermont; Fair Haven Union High School, Fair Haven, Vermont and Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont (A.B.S., Business Management, 1971). He is a district manager for Central Vermont Public Service Corp. His is married to the former Patricia (T.C.) E. Sweeney, and they have two daughters.
