PATRICIA R. DOYLE of Richmond, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Sheridan, Wyoming on February 1, 1950. Occupation: human service administrator. She was educated in elementary schools in Wyoming, Iowa and Tennessee; Murfreesboro Central High School, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Burlington College, Burlington, Vermont (A.A., 1979); University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont (B.A., 1981). She is married and has grown daughters. Member of: Chittenden County Child Care Resource, board of directors. Former member of: Richmond Village trustees, chair (serving 1985-1990); Richmond selectboard (serving 1990-1993); Richmond water and sewer commissioners (1985-1993); Chittenden Solid Waste Management District commissioner (1 year); Vermont Health Policy Council (1990-1993).
