PATRICIA P. SMITH of Sudbury, Rutland County, Democrat, was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 14, 1943 and became a resident of present town in May 1976. Occupation: Sudbury town clerk and treasurer (CMC). She was educated in Roser Park Elementary and St. Petersburg High School, St. Petersburg, Florida; University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida (A.S., 1974); Vermont College at Norwich University, Norwich, Vermont (B.S., 1991).
