KATHLEEN C. KEENAN of St. Albans City, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in Burlington, Vermont on May 7, 1940. Occupation: registered nurse, emergency room. She was educated in St. Albans, Vermont; graduated from St. Mary's High School, St. Albans, and from the Jeanne Mance School of Nursing in Burlington, Vermont, (Diploma, 1963); attended the University of Vermont for the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, 1976.
