        KATHLEEN C. KEENAN        


KATHLEEN C. KEENAN of St. Albans City, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in Burlington, Vermont on May 7, 1940. Occupation: registered nurse, emergency room. She was educated in St. Albans, Vermont; graduated from St. Mary's High School, St. Albans, and from the Jeanne Mance School of Nursing in Burlington, Vermont, (Diploma, 1963); attended the University of Vermont for the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, 1976. She has three sons and five daughters. Former member of: Hinesburg Democratic committee, 1964-68, chair, 1965-68; St. Albans City Teacher-Parent Organization Board, 1976-83, president 1982-83, public relations, 1977-79; Vermont State Employees Association, 1977-87, council member 1985-87, legislative committee 1986-87; Franklin/ Grand Isle United Way, allocations committee 1980-87, team leader 1981-87, board of directors 1984-1990; Lund Family Center, board member; Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity, board member; Telecommunications Technology Council. Present member: Vermont Economic Progress Council, 1994-; Vermont Interactive Television Coordinating Council, 1994-; Emergency Nurses Association, 1989-; Emergency Nurses Cancel Alcohol Related Emergencies, 1995-; St. Albans City Democratic Committee and Franklin County Democratic Committee. JAMES W. WILLETT of St. Albans, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in St. Albans on December 11, 1936. Occupation: retired police officer. He was educated in elementary schools in St. Albans, Vermont and St. Mary's High School, St. Albans, Vermont. He is married to the former Nancy Hojaboom, and they have three daughters.
